Kitchen Associate  $16.50/Hour starting pay

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Associate to join our team at Krispy Krunchy Chicken within the Triangle Stop on Upward Road, a fast-paced, high-energy chicken restaurant. As a Kitchen Associate, you will play a key role in preparing our signature chicken dishes and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. If you’re passionate about food, teamwork, and delivering top-quality meals, we’d love to have you on board.
We offer a competitive hourly wage.  You will report to the Kitchen Manager or shift supervisor, we have a supportive and inclusive team environment.  We offer on-the-job training.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook chicken dishes following established recipes and safety standards

  • Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens, and grills

  • Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presentation standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

  • Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and quality

  • Perform cleaning duties including dishwashing, equipment maintenance, and trash disposal

  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
