Job description

CoWorx Staffing Services is currently hiring for several full-time Manufacturing Associates on both 1st and 2nd shift in York, Maine. These positions offer steady hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Follow production procedures to ensure consistent quality and output. Prepare materials or ingredients according to company standards. Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety or manufacturing guidelines. Package, label, and inspect products to ensure accuracy and quality. Follow safety protocols and report any issues to supervisors. Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Lift, move, and handle materials up to 40 pounds as needed.
