BratHaus is located at 10310 N Main Street, Richmond IL

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • assist cooks with food preparation-prepare sauces, control portion sizes, prepare salad, etc
  • keeping kitchen well stocked with items required for a smooth and successful service
  • washing/sanitizing utility and dining room dishes
  • drying storing and organizing all items so that they can be easily found
  • sweeping and mopping the kitchen
  • cleaning/sanitizing all kitchen surfaces including all equipment, countertops, walls, sinks, etc.
  • disposing of all restaurant trash in appropriate receptacles

Additional seasonal duties may include watering flowers in and around the building and beer garden, preparing the beer garden for service (sweeping patio, clean/sanitize all tables, open patio umbrellas to provide shaded area) and/or shovel and salt walkways and entrances during winter months.
