Locations: Daphne, Gulf Shores, & Bayou La Batre, Alabama

Janino’s Pizza is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Pizza/Line Cook to join our growing team. With established locations in Daphne and Gulf Shores, we are excited to continue expanding with our newest location in Bayou La Batre. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pizza/Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

This role is responsible for preparing pizzas and other menu items efficiently while maintaining high food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with team members, and takes pride in delivering consistent food quality and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook pizzas, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and other menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Stretch dough, apply toppings, and monitor ovens to ensure proper cooking
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Maintain food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Assist with food prep, ingredient portioning, and inventory rotation
  • Monitor ingredient freshness and notify management of shortages
