Job description

Revival Wine & Dessert Bar is seeking a dependable Part-Time Kitchen Assistant to join our small hospitality team in downtown Fayetteville.

Revival is an independently owned wine and dessert bar specializing in house-made desserts, charcuterie, cheeses and wine-friendly small plates. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality, presentation, cleanliness and organization.

The Kitchen Assistant will prepare and portion ingredients, assemble charcuterie and small plates, plate desserts, prepare heated menu items, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and assist with food preparation for private events and special programs.

This position requires someone who can follow established recipes and presentation standards, work efficiently during service, and become comfortable working independently after training.

This is a part-time evening and weekend position, primarily Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with occasional additional hours for private events and special programs.
