Conditions of the position:

  • Be able and willing to work Monday through Saturday between 5:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m., with flexible start and end times.
  • Position is ~80% operational/20% administrative/Meetings
  • Have the stamina to work 45 to 50 hours per week
  • Must have proven history of creating, implementing, and evaluating systems and results
  • Willingness to, on occasion, to flex schedule to cover shifts as needed for business, team player
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is strongly recommended
  • Have a bachelor’s degree and/or 5+years of relevant management-level work experience

Job Duties:

  • Develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP) for the year with the Operator and Executive Director and share with the Director Team, defining all goals and a plan to reach them.
  • Meet weekly with GM, Director Team, and Reporting Coordinators
  • Must be high-level in all Operational positions (Front of House & Back of House)
  • Must document and maintain all new systems created, plus train others on them
  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Food Costs (Inventory, waste, allocations, LEAN) and collaborating with other leaders to ensure the systems are effective and getting desired results
  • Maximize kitchen throughput and capacity by delivering on these four key drivers: Ensure Food Safety, Improve Food Quality, Increase Production Capacity, and Enhance Team Member Culture
  • Oversees weekly CEMs (Customer Experience Metrics) results to Back of House team
  • Train, execute, and follow-up on AHA system performance and metrics.
  • Responsible for a Clean and Safe Environment in Back of House
  • Assist in Truck orders, credits, FIFO, counts
  • Maintains, analyzes, and regulates people assessments: 30-day, quarterly evaluations, coaching sessions, and strategies with key leaders of areas. Constantly mentoring up TMs to leaders.
  • Ensure that all Team Members and Leadership have the expectations, skills, resources, and accountability to perform their role with excellence in an effort to provide REMARKable experiences to every guest. Assist in execution of training leaders.
  • Be willing to assist in other projects, as assigned by GM/Executive Director/Operator
