We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to support kit fulfillment and assembly operations. In this role, you will help ensure products are accurately picked, packed, assembled, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality work, follows processes carefully, and contributes to a smooth and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and assemble kits according to work instructions and customer specifications.
  • Verify item counts, product accuracy, and assembly quality before shipment.
  • Label, organize, and prepare completed kits for storage or distribution.
  • Inspect materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues as needed.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
  • Follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Support inventory counts, material handling, and restocking activities as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
