Operations Advisor

Jani-King is looking for an Operations Advisor to help deliver exceptional service to our commercial cleaning customers while supporting our franchise owners. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and spending time both in the office and in the field, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with one of the world's largest commercial cleaning companies.


What You'll Do

  • Visit customer accounts to ensure service quality and satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with customers and franchise owners
  • Conduct inspections and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Resolve customer concerns and service issues
  • Document visits and maintain accurate records in our WebApp
  • Communicate with franchise owners to ensure timely follow-up
  • Partner with the Operations team to improve customer retention

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of customer service, operations, account management, or field service experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using mobile technology and software
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
  • Commercial cleaning, facilities management, or franchise experience is a plus
