These nurses provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans. Kindred Hospital RNs often care for patients with complex medical needs, such as those recovering from serious illnesses, surgeries, or injuries, and play a vital role in helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes.

What kind of interdisciplinary collaboration can an RN expect at Kindred Hospital?

As a Kindred Hospital RN, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, case managers, and other nurses to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
