About the job you're considering:

This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in designing, managing and improving the processes for Industrial operations, including procurement, supply chain and facilities engineering and maintenance of the facilities. Project and change management of industrial transformations are also included in this role.

Your role
  • Understand customer supply chain strategies and align proposals to bring in more business opportunities/ pipeline to the region with a focus on Planning, OTC, Logistics, and Master Data solutions
  • Contribute to successful delivery of client ER&D solutions deployed within the supply chain function, both under the scope of large transformation deals and short term project & consulting engagements
  • Develop supply chain business cases to showcase quantitative and qualitative ROI (return on investments)
  • Provide critical inputs to process design and Target Operating Models working alongside the delivery and execution teams
  • Land and expand Intelligent supply chain Project & Consulting opportunities
  • Have an appreciation of ERP based solutions (e.g. SAP, Oracle), as well as supply chain business applications (e.g. Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Mercury Gate, E2Open, Manhattan, Llamasoft...)
  • Provide quality solution estimations based on contribution margin and total contract value to deliver overall margin expectations
Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of relevant supply chain experience in consultancy or industry operations.
  • Experience with designing and implementing supply chain solutions leveraging technologies like RFID, IoT, Computer Vision, and location based services
  • Ideally have an enterprise architect/solution architect background with a client business mindset, who can articulate the business value of any proposed solution and what will it take to implement.
  • Strong Supply chain knowledge including, Demand Planning, Demand Sensing, S&OP/IBP, Production and Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Transportation, Data and Analytics
  • Ability to analyze supply chain operational data, to identify opportunities and develop insights. Perform fit-gap analysis.
  • Ability to understand customers' businesses and supply chain needs and leverage it to effectively design solutions to drive business value.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082.00 - $193,440.00

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
