Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a BE/BC Hematology-Oncology Physician to join our dynamic team in Folsom, CA.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly collaborative oncology program dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered cancer care close to home. You'll become part of an integrated network of cancer specialists across Sutter Health, with access to multidisciplinary expertise, advanced therapies, clinical trials, and comprehensive support services.

Practice Overview

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients with both malignant hematologic disorders and solid tumors, while working closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team of specialists.

Clinical responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosis and treatment of hematologic and oncologic diseases
  • Outpatient oncology and hematology consultations
  • Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and supportive care management
  • Survivorship and longitudinal patient care
  • Participation in multidisciplinary cancer conferences and tumor boards
  • Collaboration with surgical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, and primary care colleagues
