Job description

The ideal candidate would be located in Northern Texas and provide support to these markets.
Role Description:
The Health Sales Manager will be responsible for key identified focused markets where we have proven success and opportunity to grow health. The Health Sales Manager in partnership with the KII Sales Band Team will collaborate and align with the health end user community as well as the health A&D community in the key identified focused markets. This person reports to the Regional Sales Director.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Work in partnership with all Sales Band Team members to build a strategy on how to best target each identified focused market to drive increased health revenue.
  • Identify health accounts within focused markets.
  • Develop a relationship at the end user level within each health account in the identified focused markets.
  • Meetings with the end users including the Sales Band Team.
  • Consistent communication with Sales Band Team.
  • Activate showrooms in assigned focused markets.
  • Health Sales Manager to pull in other Health resources when needed (Health Trade Marketing Manager, Health A&D Manager, Design Strategist, Federal Health Sales Manager)
  • Bring health knowledge, insight and expertise to the conversation and opportunity when it makes sense and brings value to the opportunity.
  • The Health Sales Manager will participate in approved trade shows and serve as the health vertical market expert.
  • Responsible for utilizing sufficient sampling to properly promote Kimball International Brands.
  • Responsible for selling all Kimball International products into healthcare accounts.
  • Educating our distribution partners on both healthcare opportunities and resources available to be successful within the health vertical.
  • Operate within sampling and T&E budgets.
  • Working in partnership with the MSMs to support forecasting for health opportunities.
  • Identify and service the A&D Community within health opportunities.
  • Maintain necessary communication with the Regional Sales Director
