Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:30 am – 7:30 pm (Seasonal through August 11, 2026)
Overview
KidZania is looking for you to join our team! What is KidZania? KidZania is a dynamic city built to inspire, educate, and empower kids, including toddlers to teens, through immersive learning experiences!
We're looking to hire energetic, outgoing, friendly, and reliable Activities Team members to join us on WEEK DAYS to run activities within the park for field trips and families. Interacting with children is the essence of what we do here at KidZania, and it is the most important part of the role! KidZania Activities Team members, called “Zupervisors,” guide children through experiences such as role-playing as Doctors, Firefighters, Musicians, News Anchors, and so much more. They ensure activities are engaging, safe, and aligned with KidZania’s culture, while keeping their areas in the park clean and well maintained. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver warm and welcoming guest experiences with outstanding customer service.
  • Create a fun, exciting atmosphere for children and families.
  • Show positivity, teamwork, patience, and care.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates, management, parents, teachers, and chaperones.
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold KidZania’s values in daily work.
Schedule
  • Weekday Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 11:30 am–7:30 pm, seasonal through August 11th, 2026
  • Part-time: 25-35 hours per week; or minimum 3 days per week
  • Hours may vary based on group bookings, private events, holidays, and business needs.
  • Option to pick up weekend hours.

Physical Requirements
  • Stand for long periods, walk throughout the facility.
  • Regularly kneel, squat, crawl, climb, and lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Work in loud, crowded spaces with frequent interaction.
  • Speak clearly and project voice throughout the day.
  • Memorize and recite information consistently.
Eligibility
  • Minimum age: 16 years.
  • Background check required for employees 18+.
  • Applicants under 18 must submit a Parent Consent Form instead of a background check.

  • Valid Driver’s license is required to drive a vehicle within the park.
