Duties

  • Develop and implement innovative fitness programs tailored to diverse groups, ensuring inclusivity and engagement.
  • Lead group classes in various formats, including kickboxing, dance, CrossFit, and general gym workouts.
  • Provide personal training sessions that focus on individual client needs, incorporating body mechanics and physiology knowledge.
  • Educate participants on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols to prevent injuries.
  • Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance and motivation.

Requirements
