As an Assembler / Shipper, you’ll work hands‑on with precision aerospace components, support hardware installation, and make sure finished parts ship out accurately and on time. What You’ll Do- Precision assembly of small, high‑accuracy components using blueprints, travelers, and detailed instructions
- Install helicoils, inserts, and PEM‑style hardware using torque tools and small assembly equipment
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections with calipers, micrometers, and other tools
- Track production and update travelers in JobBOSS; prepare shipping documentation
- Package parts, label shipments, process outgoing orders, and assist with receiving
- Support the team across departments to keep workflow smooth and deadlines on track
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow ISO/aerospace quality standards
🎯
What You Bring- 1+ year in manufacturing or a machine shop
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Experience assembling small parts with hand tools and torque tools
- Familiarity with helicoils, inserts, and mechanical fastening
- Basic inspection skills (calipers, micrometers, visual checks)
- Shipping/receiving experience in a production environment
- Comfortable shifting between tasks in a shop environment
- Bonus: JobBOSS experience, aerospace/defense exposure, or precision machining experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $60000.00/yr.
