Role Overview

Join a small, family‑owned machine shop where craftsmanship actually matters. As an Assembler / Shipper, you’ll work hands‑on with precision aerospace components, support hardware installation, and make sure finished parts ship out accurately and on time. • Precision assembly of small, high‑accuracy components using blueprints, travelers, and detailed instructions
• Install helicoils, inserts, and PEM‑style hardware using torque tools and small assembly equipment
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections with calipers, micrometers, and other tools
• Track production and update travelers in JobBOSS; prepare shipping documentation
• Package parts, label shipments, process outgoing orders, and assist with receiving
• Support the team across departments to keep workflow smooth and deadlines on track
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow ISO/aerospace quality standards

• 1+ year in manufacturing or a machine shop
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Experience assembling small parts with hand tools and torque tools
• Familiarity with helicoils, inserts, and mechanical fastening
• Basic inspection skills (calipers, micrometers, visual checks)
• Shipping/receiving experience in a production environment
• Comfortable shifting between tasks in a shop environment
• Bonus: JobBOSS experience, aerospace/defense exposure, or precision machining experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $60000.00/yr.

DP and company benefits will kick in right away.

This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis,MN.
