What We Offer

We believe great ideas can come from anywhere, and often, they come from you. As an intern at JD.com, you'll work on meaningful, hands-on projects, learn from talented colleagues across our global network, and grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment designed for development. About Your Program

You'll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3-6 months, you'll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day-to-day role will cover responsibilities such as:

  • Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
  • Coordinating recruitment, talent development, and internal HR projects across business teams.

About You
  • A recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese; Chinese language skills are essential for this role.
  • US Green Card holder preferred; OPT candidates will also be considered.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career in HR, with the potential to transition into a full-time HRBP (JDS) role.

At JD.com, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every voice counts and every talent belongs. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
