OrthoAtlanta is looking for a data-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy focused on SEO, SEM, and digital advertising to enhance our online presence, attract new patients, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals. You'll oversee all aspects of our SEO, SEM, and digital advertising campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and optimal performance.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Plan, execute, and optimize all paid search campaigns with a primary focus on acquiring new patients. You'll manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing across various platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Create and manage our overall SEO strategy, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization. You'll collaborate with content and web teams to ensure all best practices are implemented and maintained.
  • Website Management: Oversee website updates to ensure content is accurate, timely, and optimized for search engines and user experience. You'll collaborate with web developers to enhance functionality, mobile responsiveness, and overall site performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign performance, identify opportunities, and manage the digital marketing budget. You'll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for key stakeholders and management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in SEO and SEM management.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • A proven track record of driving brand growth and patient engagement through digital marketing strategies.
    • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms (Display, Video, Retargeting).
    • Strong technical skills with SEO tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and tag management.
    • Experience in healthcare marketing with a solid understanding of HIPAA compliance.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and web content management systems.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a data-driven mindset.
    • Ability to communicate complex digital concepts clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences.
