Job Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $43,000 $62,000 annually (Hourly + Commission + Bonus)

  • Location: Onsite - Griffin, GA

  • Job/Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, Alternating Saturdays (from March-December & 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM), and Overtime

  • Project Scope: Residential, Commercial, and Government/Federal

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required

The Opportunity You will serve as the primary point of contact for retail and wholesale clients seeking expert guidance on agricultural and powersports components. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and purchasing critical parts via in-person, phone, and online channels.

  • Utilize specialized computer systems to process orders, manage returns, and maintain precise inventory records.

  • Collaborate with the Parts Manager to organize showroom displays and ensure the stockroom remains efficient.

  • Support the service and sales departments by coordinating parts availability to minimize equipment downtime.

  • Execute accurate data entry and inventory control procedures to ensure seamless dealership operations.

  • Build lasting customer relationships by providing expert product knowledge and technical recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in parts sales or a related equipment service role.

  • Proven ability to operate computer-based business systems and perform detailed data entry.

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment specifications.

  • Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Direct experience with Woods, BushHog, Bad Boy, New Holland, Polaris, or GEM brands.

  • Previous proficiency with dealership business systems such as Keystone, Quantum, or DIS.

  • Specialized background in agricultural or powersports parts sales.

  • Experience managing inventory for residential and commercial-grade machinery.
