Position Summary
Keystone Management, LLC is looking for an individual who can demonstrate maturity, a solid work ethic, and dependability to pressure wash and clean with purpose and urgency at the Atlanta-area Marta station locations.

This individual will be using high-pressure equipment to clean concrete and steel structures. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to operating a lift to pressure wash and clean high areas (over 7 feet), stripping and sealing floors, cleaning and polishing stainless steel, wiping windows, wiping low and high signs, sweeping and blowing leaves and debris, and removing trash from the premises.


Shift: 8pm-4:30am Sunday- Thursday

Key Responsibilities

  • Flexibility to be present for all shifts to support the team and/or building as needed.
  • Follow instructions and take direction from others on the team.
  • Use hands to perform activities involving holding, grasping, turning, and pulling.
  • Work in conditions that include loud noise, fumes, and working on and around heavy and moving machinery, bend, climb, walk, and stand for extended periods.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Lift 60 pounds without assistance.
  • Atlanta-area site travel is involved.
  • Pass a driving record and history check; valid driver's license is required.
  • Pass a drug test.
  • Perform other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • General labor experience preferred.
  • Experience using high-pressure tools preferred.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented.
