Keys to Living Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team. Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from your home or any suitable location. Our team enjoys the added benefit of a schedule that promotes work-life balance, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While most sessions will be conducted online, our outpatient model emphasizes personal connection and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their unique histories, challenges, and therapy goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing a range of methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and others.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, training, and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of therapy sessions while upholding client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
  • Educate clients about mental health issues and effective coping strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their therapeutic process.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse clientele in Salem and surrounding areas, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. You will work with adults, couples, and families in various life stages, providing tailored support to ensure that their mental health needs are met holistically.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active, independent license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
  • Two years of experience providing therapeutic services and creating individualized treatment plans suitable for a variety of client backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly for virtual interactions, with a strong ability to engage clients through digital platforms.
  • Adeptness in utilizing online therapy tools and software to facilitate seamless session management and documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with families and couples in conflict or transition situations is highly desirable.
