Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time position with a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from your home or any suitable location. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their unique histories, challenges, and therapy goals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring alignment with client needs.

Qualifications- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- An active, independent license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
- Two years of experience providing therapeutic services and creating individualized treatment plans suitable for a variety of client backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly for virtual interactions, with a strong ability to engage clients through digital platforms.
- Adeptness in utilizing online therapy tools and software to facilitate seamless session management and documentation.
- Experience working with families and couples in conflict or transition situations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles or specific certifications in therapeutic modalities can enhance your candidacy.
