Automotive Route Technician – $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 3 Days Corvallis + 2 Days Newport

Schedule: Corvallis locations are approximately 8-hour days. Newport locations are approximately 5–6 hours per day, or until assigned work is completed.

Service Area: Corvallis, Newport & Surrounding Areas

Pay: $24.00++ per hour + $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Hourly pay is a combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo payout.

A Different Kind of Automotive Job

Do you prefer a job where you're moving around instead of sitting at a desk all day? Pro-MotionPix is hiring a full-time Automotive Route Technician to service automotive dealerships in the Corvallis and Newport areas.

You'll work at multiple dealership locations throughout the week, helping keep their vehicle inventory organized and ready for customers shopping online.

The job combines vehicle handling, dealership support, route work, and mobile technology. You'll locate vehicles and keys, move vehicles into position, communicate with dealership employees, and use a company-issued iPhone to capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos.

No photography background is necessary. We provide paid training and teach you our equipment, app, and workflow.

The right person is dependable, comfortable working outdoors, able to stay productive independently, and willing to take ownership of their daily assignments.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Travel between assigned automotive dealerships throughout the Corvallis and Newport areas
  • Check dealership lots for vehicles assigned to the day's route
  • Locate vehicles, keys, and dealership contacts
  • Move vehicles to designated areas when necessary
  • Capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app
  • Communicate with dealership employees when vehicles or keys cannot be located
  • Follow up on inventory issues and keep assignments moving
  • Complete scheduled work within the expected timeframe
  • Walk dealership lots and work outside throughout the day
  • Maintain a professional relationship with dealership staff
  • Work independently while following Pro-MotionPix procedures

RequirementsBasic Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable personal vehicle
  • At least 1 year of consistent work history preferred
  • Previous experience in automotive, warehouse, delivery, construction, landscaping, maintenance, or similar work preferred
  • Ability to walk dealership lots and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
  • Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
