PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Perform visual and dimensional inspection of product ready to be moved to stock or shipped to the customer/supplier.
  2. Perform visual and dimensional inspection of product returning from suppliers.
  3. Verify all raw material and processing certifications meet JPPI/Customer requirements.
  4. Perform First-Article Inspection
  5. Create new First Article and certification packages for customer shipments.
  6. Perform router review/Surplus job review.
  7. Support calibration initiatives.
  8. Support and perform CMM/Keyence Inspection.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED

  1. Ability to use an assortment of inspection hand tools, such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, height gages, etc.
  2. Ability to interpret customer blueprints and specifications.
  3. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  4. Ability to multi-task and meet deadline goals.
  5. Understanding of GD&T is a plus.


WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work may require evening and weekend work.
