Join KEYENCE as a Compliance Specialist

Location: Keyence U.S. Headquarters - Itasca, IL

Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): $81,281ย 

What You'll Do ย 
The Compliance Specialist is primarily responsible for reducing risks to our company.ย 
Secondary responsibility is assisting both corporate and sales departments by assessing their business needs in areas such as customer agreements, contracts, new product releases, and importing and exporting regulations. A successful individual in this role demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and the ability to translate strategic business plans and goals into actionable projects.ย 


Responding to customer compliance requests.ย 
Legal review of customer's and vendor's legal compliance documents andย 
agreements ย 
Safety and compliance auditing. Occasional visits to Keyence sales offices toย 
confirm compliance. ย 
Legal focused projects such as legal review of business law changes, updatingย 
compliance policies and procedures ย 
Drafting and editing related Keyence legal documentsย 
Legal law researcher of statutes, legislations and other state and Federalย 
regulations, including new safety compliance requirementsย 
What We're Looking Forย 
Bachelor's degree in PolySci, Business, or related degreeย 
Integrity - job requires appropriate handling of confidential, sensitive informationย 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills ย 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsย 
Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, complex concept understanding ย 
Able to work together in a team setting as well as individuallyย
