Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Will be tasked with developing and programming PLCs to enhance machine efficiency (reduce cycle times, increase uptime, and minimize operator intervention).
  • Design control systems for custom automated machinery, which involves researching and selecting new components, creating panel layouts and schematics, programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with various systems, including PLCs, servo systems, stepper systems, HMIs, power supplies, motion controllers, and communication loops.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in programming PLCs / HMIs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office for documentation.
  • Experience with AutoCAD for schematic documentation.
  • Vision systems experience is preferred (Cognex, Keyence, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary: $90,000 to $105,000
