  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed to meet business demands

Position Overview

MMC Group is seeking experienced Temporary High-Volume Recruiters to support our Non-Technical Staffing Team during a period of increased hiring activity. This role is ideal for recruiters who excel in fast-paced environments and can successfully manage multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

In this position, you will recruit for a variety of temporary and temp-to-hire positions, including:

  • Call Center
  • Customer Service
  • Light Industrial
  • Accounting
  • Clerical
  • Administrative Support

You will partner with hiring managers, account managers, and compliance teams to ensure timely candidate placement across multiple U.S. locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, non-technical positions.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using ATS, VMS platforms, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Review and prioritize requisitions based on client needs and hiring deadlines.
  • Submit qualified candidates within 24–48 hours of job order intake.
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within the ATS.
  • Meet established recruitment metrics for submissions, interviews, and placements.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct candidate follow-up, availability checks, and re-engagement activities.
  • Provide market feedback regarding candidate availability, sourcing trends, and hiring challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for call center, customer service, light industrial, accounting, clerical, or administrative positions.
  • VMS recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple openings and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and online sourcing tools.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous staffing agency recruiting experience.
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance and onboarding best practices.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
