Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Blend Technicians to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining the quality and efficiency of our polymer production process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Weighing and preparing raw materials accurately according to specifications.
  • Operating and monitoring equipment to drain reactor vessels.
  • Filtering and ensuring the quality of finished goods.
  • Packaging finished polymer with detailed attention to safety and standards.
  • Regularly lifting materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

**New hires will train on 1st shift for approximately 45 days prior to going to 2nd or 3rd shift**



Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good basic math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift.
  • Must be able to wear a full-face respirator mask.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, push/pull, and climb stairs.
  • Completion of Predictive Index assessment.
