Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist preconstruction with estimates and detailed project plans.
  • Participate in development and delivery of project proposals.
  • Champion the project turnover from preconstruction to construction.
  • Participate in and/or drive scope comparisons, vendor selections, and contract administration.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee project construction to monitor compliance with contract, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Perform project reviews to ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
  • Provide status reports regarding project milestones, budget, deliverables, deficiencies, risks and issues.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 10 years of verifiable experience as a Project Manager may be substituted for a degree or a combination of education and verifiable experience.
  • Emphasis on healthcare, K-12 education, higher education, multifamily and /or entertainment is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and excellent presentation skills are required.
  • Strong organization, leadership, negotiation, and delegation skills are required.
  • Proven ability to develop lasting, positive customer relationships.
  • Must be able to interact effectively and diplomatically with diverse people, both on an individual basis as well as within group situations.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
