What You'll Do
As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be a trusted member of the leadership team - helping drive store success while delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.
Create an Exceptional Customer Experience
  • Deliver personalized styling and customer service that makes every guest feel valued
  • Build lasting customer relationships through outreach and clienteling programs
  • Support sales goals, KPIs, and daily store performance
  • Provide support with phone orders and customer inquiries
  • Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, professionalism, and positivity
Support & Lead the Team
  • Help create a fun, collaborative, and high-performing work environment

What We're Looking For
  • Previous retail experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, Retail Associate, or similar role preferred
