At Onyx Care of Natchitoches, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN Unit Manager to join our team! As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit and ensuring that our patients receive exceptional post-acute rehabilitation care.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in accordance with our patient-centered approach
  • Develop and implement effective staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and staff development
  • Conduct daily rounds, providing real-time feedback to staff and addressing concerns or issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patient needs are met and exceeded
  • Monitor and address any quality of care concerns, and implement corrective actions as necessary
