KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Serving California, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Texas
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the America's team, SANY is looking to recruit a driven, forward-thinking, and highly motivated Key Account Manager. With the deep investment and backing of SANY Group, the Americas business expects to grow significantly in the coming years. Critical to this growth is the appointment of a high-quality Key Account Manager. This role is responsible for drive growth and strengthen relationships with large, strategic customers across the United States. This position will be responsible for developing and executing national account strategies, identifying new business opportunities, expanding SANY's presence within key accounts, and building long-term partnerships that increase equipment sales and market share.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, relationship-driven sales professional with demonstrated success selling heavy equipment, construction equipment, rental equipment, or other capital equipment to large national or multi-location customers.
With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and grow relationships with key national and strategic accounts.
  • Drive equipment sales, revenue growth, and market share within assigned accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large construction, rental, and fleet customers.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers, procurement leaders, fleet managers, and operations teams.
  • Develop strategic account plans and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Lead pricing, contract, and commercial negotiations with key customers.
  • Partner with SANY dealers and internal Sales, Product, Parts, and Service teams to support customer needs.
  • Monitor customer trends, competitive activity, and market opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, account updates, and business-development reports.
  • Represent SANY at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and equipment demonstrations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of SAP implementation and support experience.
  • 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fiel preferred.
  • Must have direct , hands-on responsibility for managing and growing strategic or national accounts.
  • Must have experience managing strategic accounts across multiple geographic regions or territories, rather than accounts concentrated within a single local market or industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B in or national/key account management experience within heavy equipment, construction equipment, or a related industry.
