Job description

Who We Are

For too long, the bra industry was stuck in outdated ideas, forcing women to choose between feeling sexy or comfortable. So in 2013, Heidi Zak and Ra'el Cohen created Thirdlove–a third, better option designed to help women look and feel their best.

Prioritizing real-world fit over outdated standards, Thirdlove disrupted the industry by inventing half-cup sizes and the Fitting Room® quiz. The result was a more precise fit that offered comfort without sacrificing style. Today, Thirdlove remains an innovative design-led brand, handling everything from R&D to the supply chain in-house to get every detail just right.

How We Work

Our culture is inclusive, collaborative, fast-paced, and data-driven. We've been certified as a Great Place to Work® for four consecutive years, based on feedback from our own team. If you want to make an impact while propelling your career forward, we'd love to hear from you.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for Full Time Key holders to operate as the frontline leader responsible for delivering the Thirdlove in-store experience while supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with opening/closing responsibilities and daily operations.

This role serves as a mentor on the floor, modeling service behaviors, supporting team accountability, and ensuring smooth execution across sales, fitting, and client engagement. The Key Holder brings strong emotional intelligence, product knowledge, and operational awareness to every shift, helping the team deliver results while staying true to Thirdlove's values of body confidence and inclusion.

What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference

  • Client Experience & Selling

    • Deliver a warm, welcoming, and personalized fitting and shopping experience in line with the Retail Excellence Protocol.
    • Support fit consultations, product education, and conversion through proactive, client-focused behaviors.
    • Coach team members during shifts to refine selling language, service posture, and product confidence.
    • Assist in executing store-level loyalty, clienteling, and appointment initiatives.

    Leadership & Daily Execution

    • Serve as Manager-on-Duty when scheduled, leading team huddles and ensuring smooth shift transitions.
    • Support daily zoning and break schedules to ensure optimal floor coverage and client support.
    • Reinforce expectations around visual standards, replenishment, cleanliness, and service behaviors throughout the day.
    • Identify and escalate guest issues, operational concerns, or team coaching moments to ASM/Store Manager when needed.

    Operations & Store Standards

    • Execute opening and closing responsibilities, including POS reconciliation, security checks, restocking, and store readiness.
    • Support inventory tasks such as transfers, cycle counts, and damages as assigned.
    • Ensure promotional signage, floor moves, and merchandising standards are accurately maintained.
    • Assist in keeping the back-of-house organized, efficient, and brand-right.

Who You Are and What You Have

  • 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or elevated associate role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example in a client-facing environment
  • Comfort with retail KPIs and desire to improve performance through service and product knowledge
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Passion for Thirdlove's mission of body positivity, inclusive sizing, and confidence through comfort
  • Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods during shifts
