The Key Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. The Key Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that arise
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by motivating staff and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely ordering and receiving of merchandise
  • Ensure store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
  • Implement and maintain merchandising standards and guidelines
  • Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
