Are you an experienced property management professional with a passion for leading and achieving success? The ParkRidge at Texarkana is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee our beautiful apartment community in Texarkana, AR. - Administrative Duties: Maintain organized unit files, enter traffic, applications, leases, notices, work orders, and ensure smooth communication with the Regional Director.
- Experience: At least two years of multi-family property management experience, with a proven track record in successful leasing and renewal rates. A minimum of one year in a management role is required.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (OneSite preferred). Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities.
- LIHTC Experience: Preferred, though not required.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to interact professionally with residents, staff, vendors, and the general public.
