As the face of our garage flooring modular tile business, you'll cultivate relationships with top-tier accounts, identify emerging market opportunities, and execute strategies that expand our footprint with leading retailers and automotive industry partners. Your Day to Day
• Craft and execute a comprehensive e-commerce sales strategy to boost corporate goals in the national retail sector. This includes growing current accounts and locating and on-boarding new accounts.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellence in service and client satisfaction.
• Engage in high-level contract negotiations and formulate agreements to amplify profits and growth.
• Guide the development of new products based on in-store client feedback and industry trends.
• Liaise closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies are fully integrated with broader company objectives.
• Employ sophisticated sales forecasting techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct periodic assessments of business performance and adjust strategies to reflect market dynamics and company goals.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within customer accounts.
• Identify and exploit growth opportunities within the e-commerce retail environment.
• Guarantee the timely and successful delivery of our product solutions according to retailer needs and objectives.
• Lead a strategic account planning process that meets the company's and clients' financial targets and performance objectives.

• Proven success as a Key Account Manager, National Sales Director, or similar sales leader, preferably within the garage flooring, home improvement, or related industries.
• Experience managing and growing strategic retail and ecommerce accounts, including familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, Costco, and Home Depot.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, from buyers to executive leadership.
• Skilled at identifying customer needs and developing solutions that drive mutual business success.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and commitments in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, listening, and negotiation skills.
