Solenis is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to oversee a large refinery account in Texas. This role is ideal for a technical sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships, delivering value-added solutions, and driving business growth in industrial water treatment.

What You'll Do
  • Manage a key refinery account, developing strong customer relationships through proactive, value-added technical service.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within the account while prospecting for new business using consultative selling techniques.
  • Review and optimize water treatment programs and processes (cooling systems, boilers, wastewater treatment), ensuring effectiveness through routine monitoring, testing, and program adjustments.
  • Oversee on-site inventory management, including coordinating chemical orders, deliveries, and proper stock levels.
  • Maintain and grow revenue through strategic account management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and manage site priorities and projects, ensuring service delivery meets Solenis standards and customer expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain feed systems, dosing equipment, and utility systems in the field.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, prepare and present technical reports, and lead customer meetings with clear, data-driven insights.

  • Proven experience in industrial water treatment sales, with strong knowledge of boiler, cooling, and/or wastewater systems.
