Key Holder

MANGO is a multinational fashion company that designs, manufactures and markets clothing and accessories. For our upcoming MANGO store at Bellevue Square in Bellevue, Washington we are currently recruiting for a Key Holder to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the best customer experience within the store providing all the support that customers might need.
  • Ensure that the standards of the shopfloor are spotless: product well replenished and that the store clean, tidy and merchandised in an attractive way in order to maximize sales and offer the experience that our customers deserve.
  • While working at the cash desk, Key Holder are expected to process all register transactions in a smooth, efficient, and accurate way to ensure that the last part of the experience in the store is enjoyable and satisfactory for the customer while ensuring that all the policies and procedures are followed strictly.
  • When working in the stockrooms, Key Holder are expected to participate in all objectives related with operations of the back areas including: delivery, replenishment, transfers in & out, maintenance of the standards of the stockroom, inventories and keeping the area clean, tidy and organized.
  • Open and close the store, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
  • Handle cash management responsibilities, including deposits and safe counts.
  • Lead by example in customer service, sales, and store operations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), taking charge of store operations, team support, and customer experience during assigned shifts.
  • Drive personal sales performance while actively contributing to team selling and overall store goals.

Requirements:

  • Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a retail sales environment
  • Customer service oriented
  • Independent work ethic, time management skills

The pay rate for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $16.50-$18.00/hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay rate at any time.
