As a Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, assist with system improvements, and support day‑to‑day operations across key platforms.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and refining business requirements from cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Support small to mid‑sized initiatives by breaking down tasks, tracking progress, and escalating risks when needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to support system enhancements, configurations, and process improvements.
  • Help maintain and support core business applications including NetSuite ERP, Celigo integrations, Seller Central, and BI tools.
  • Participate in testing activities (UAT), including documenting test cases, validating outcomes, and identifying defects.
  • Troubleshoot and triage basic technical and system issues; escape more complex issues as needed.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to support development and implementation of solutions.
  • Assist in documenting system processes, workflows, and user guides.
  • Monitor system performance and support ongoing optimization efforts.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar role (internships included).
