Today, our family-owned company has a worldwide online presence, two state-of-the-art design studios-60,000 square feet in Boston and 12,000 square feet in New York City-and retail shops throughout the Greater Boston area and in Greenwich, Connecticut. This dynamic, creative client service position is responsible for providing excellent service to our customers on a variety of levels. As a critical member of our Design Studio sales team, you will assist clients with gift product selection, questions and specific product requests via telephone. We look for candidates with a high level of energy, who are self-motivated and who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
