What is a key coordinator?

Key Coordinators are professionals responsible for organizing, planning, and overseeing specific aspects of a project or event to ensure everything runs smoothly. They often act as the central point of communication between different teams, managing schedules, resources, and logistics. Key Coordinators are crucial in industries like film, events, and corporate projects, where they help maintain order and efficiency. Their duties may include coordinating people, tracking progress, and resolving issues as they arise.
