Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced Kettle Cooks to join a local food manufacturing team! If you have kitchen or cooking experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you! ‍‍

JOB DUTIES:

✅ Cook soups, sauces, and entrees according to standardized recipes
✅ Operate cooking kettles and maintain consistent batch quality
✅ Monitor and document CCPs throughout the cooking process
✅ Prepare ingredients and set up workstations
✅ Follow GMPs and food safety procedures
✅ Perform quality checks and maintain batch consistency
✅ Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas
✅ Communicate with kitchen leads and team members to keep production moving



⭐ QUALIFICATIONS:

✔️ Previous kitchen/cooking experience required
✔️ Ability to follow recipes and food safety procedures
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment
✔️ Strong attention to detail
✔️ Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
✔️ Ability to stand for extended periods


PAY RANGE:

Kettle Cook 1: $19–$20/hr
➡️ Up to 1 year experience; basic cooking & kettle operation knowledge

Kettle Cook 2: $20–$21/hr
➡️ 1–3 years experience; able to cook independently and troubleshoot batches

Kettle Cook 3: $21-22/hr DOE
➡️ 3+ years experience; advanced kettle operations, quality control, and ability to independently manage multiple kettles
