Non-CNA Direct Support Professional: Join us in supporting adults who have developmental disabilities!  $14.35-$16.00/hr.   A rewarding career opportunity in a unique industry.  At KETCH, our Caregiver career opportunities are in our group home settings and responsibilities could include - providing supports, teaching, transporting, caregiving, personal care and hygiene assistance, training, educating, mentoring, coaching, community outings, and shopping. This is a positive and uplifting work environment which includes a great paid training program, and growth and advancement opportunities. Full Time positions - evening, weekend and daytime shifts, plus overtime if available.  Great work schedules for candidates who are also continuing their education. Hiring immediately. EOE

Requirements for a Non-CNA DSP:

· High school diploma or accredited GED

· Valid driver’s license, good driving record, proof of insurance, and dependable transportation to and from work

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of your total body weight, whichever is less

· Work experience or knowledge regarding the needs of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is beneficial, but not required

· CNA, CMA, HHA, Caregiver or Direct Support experience is beneficial, but not required

· Able to attend a two week, weekday, day time orientation
