Key Responsibilities
  • Independently evaluate patients’ physical function, utilizing advanced assessment techniques to inform individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including exercise prescriptions, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to address pain and maximize mobility.
  • Continuously assess treatment effectiveness, documenting progress and modifying care plans as necessary to meet patient goals.
  • Engage with patients to motivate and encourage adherence to treatment protocols, ensuring their active participation in recovery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design post-rehabilitation plans that enhance patient outcomes and foster independence.
  • Deliver educational resources to patients on injury prevention, pain management, and wellness strategies, promoting their long-term health.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of patient care services in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
