Job description

-Provide exceptional and quality barbering services.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively conduct client consultations.
  • Expert scissor experience is required for full scissor haircuts and scissor/clipper combination haircuts.
  • Intermediate/Expert level skin fades are required.
  • Intermediate/Expert level straight razor hot towel shaves required.
  • Experience in camouflage and color but required. Educational courses provided.
  • Experience in Keratin treatment but not required.

-Provide a clean working environment.

  • Disinfect all clippers, scissors, combs and other instruments.
  • Maintain a clean work station free of hair before and after each client.

-Provide Professional & Excellent Customer Service.

  • Must have a pleasant work attitude with co workers and guests.
  • Greet clients and offer beverages to clients.
  • Consult client on desired hairstyles and provide profession hairstyle suggestions based on hair type and head shape.
  • Communicate with client throughout the entire barber experience.
  • Communicate and work well with co-workers to create an efficient work environment.

-Must be able to promote and sell retail products to clients.
-Willing to do miscellaneous tasks on down time such as sweeping hair, cleaning stations etc.
