Commercial Sales Manager
Ft. Lauderdale, FL | Kenworth (All Roads)

At our established Florida dealerships, you’ll leverage your customer relationships and proven sales leadership to make an immediate impact. You’ll set and achieve sales and profit targets, develop the team, and resolve customer concerns to ensure an exceptional experience. Prior management and commercial truck sales experience required.
 
Compensation & Schedule
  • Base salary: $100,000+ commission/bonuses
  • Job type: Full-time, dealership-based (on-site) with travel to 4 locations (Ft. Lauderdale, Ft. Pierce, Naples & Riviera Beach)

Responsibilities
  • Lead and monitor the commercial truck sales department’s performance 
  • Travel to Florida locations weekly 
  • Promote an “Exceptional Customer Service” culture and strong work habits
  • Hire, train, mentor, and manage sales team members
  • Oversee and properly appraise commercial inventory
  • Own and drive the sales process for the department
  • Set, track, and achieve departmental sales and profit goals
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 5+ years of commercial sales experience
  • 2+ years of dealership management experience
  • Proven internet sales performance metrics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
