We build interactive orientation and onboarding platforms used by 400+ institutions including Harvard, UCLA, and Florida State, welcoming over 4.5 million people per year into critical life transitions. We are the market leader in this space and have been for over 26 years.

We are looking for a Senior Web Engineer Team Lead to lead our development team and stay hands-on with production code.

What You Will Do

Lead and mentor a small team of Web Developers. Set coding standards. Conduct code reviews. Stay hands-on with C#, .NET Core, Umbraco CMS, MS SQL Server, and Azure. Own complex API and SSO integrations. Oversee cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines. Contribute to architectural and product direction.

This role is approximately 60% leadership and 40% hands-on engineering.

You Are a Strong Fit If You Have

  1. 7+ years of professional .NET (C#) and web development experience
  2. 3+ years leading or mentoring developers
  3. Hands-on experience with Umbraco, Sitecore, Kentico, or a comparable .NET CMS
  4. Strong SQL Server, REST API, Azure, and CI/CD pipeline experience
  5. Comfort with OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect, and enterprise integrations
  6. A track record of raising engineering quality around you
