The role requires rapid clinical assessment, sound judgment, and adherence to professional nursing standards in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment. The Clinical Nurse plans, implements, and evaluates patient-centered care, safeguards patient rights, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
