Job description

System Analyst - H2R Kenexa, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL: Analyze business processes to
develop, document and deliver process and systems solutions. Provide deep functional and technical expertise for
applications and products supporting one or more process areas. Handle preliminary investigation for project
solutions requests, requirements gathering, collecting data from a variety of sources, evaluating and interpreting
data, and drawing conclusions on solution options. Write detailed functional and technical designs for enhancement
requests. Identify system configuration needs and perform system configuration. Work with Process Analysts to
identify system configuration needs and perform system configuration. Deliver solution compatibility with
documented architecture, security, and data standards. Create and maintain documentation enhancements and
support requests.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $134,304.00/yr - $144,304.00/yr. Standard company benefits.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Business, Information Systems, or a related
field, and four (4) years of related work experience.
Must have four (4) years of experience with:
IT security and best practices;
Using Kenexa Talent Acquisition application in different modules, such as BrassRing, Onboarding, and
workbench;
Designing, developing, and implementing applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, WEBAPI, and SQL
Server;
Working with SQL Server Studio to analyze data;
Providing input into system fit/gap analysis and design decisions; and,
Designing, developing and testing Kenexa XML integrations.
Up to 10% telecommuting permitted.
