TITLE: Administrative Coordinator C
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Monitors, maintains production and purchasing data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 3 – 5 years of manufacturing experience highly recommended
- Comprehend safety rules documents, opening and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic SAP preferred as daily use maybe required.
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gathers, dates and files all documents according to existing processes and procedures.
- Assists in processing and/or entering Purchase Requisitions as needed.
- Manage the front door entrance.
- Ensure all visitors log into the guest book.
WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:
- Sitting, standing, squatting for both short and extended periods of time.
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and loud noise on occasions.
