Physician - Plastic SurgeryDays - Full TimeOlathe HospitalPosition Summary / Career Interest:Physician - Plastic Surgery

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a full-time Plastic Surgeon to join its dedicated team on the Olathe Campus. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality reconstructive and elective cosmetic surgical services while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. This role emphasizes both clinical excellence and strong engagement with the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a full spectrum of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to:

  • Breast reconstruction and reduction
  • Skin cancer reconstruction
  • Hand surgery
  • Trauma and cancer related flap coverage
  • Wound care
  • Basic Facial Trauma
  • Elective cosmetic procedures
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including follow-up visits
  • Participate in on-call rotation for trauma and emergency consults
  • Collaborate with orthopedic, vascular, colorectal, gynecology, cardiothoracic, urology, general and neurosurgeons, dermatologists, oncologists, and primary care providers

Required Qualifications:

  • MD/DOor equivalent
  • Board Eligible/ Board Certified in Plastic Surgery
  • Eligible for licensure in Missouri and Kansas
