Balancing objectivity with a conversational tone can also be difficult, as it's important to make candidates feel comfortable while still maintaining rigorous evaluation standards. Additionally, interviewers must stay updated on industry trends to tailor their assessments appropriately and avoid outdated questions. Collaborative debriefs with hiring teams are essential to ensure fair and consistent candidate evaluations.
